Aquatic Therapy is Now Available at Easter Seals Central Texas!

The long-awaited return of Aquatic Therapy to Easter Seals Central Texas has arrived!  We are proud to announce that construction of a brand new aquatic therapy pool has been completed at our 1611 Headway Circle location in Austin.  Clients in our Outpatient Rehabilitation Program will be able to take advantage of this wonderful new facility to further their physical and occupational therapy goals.  The bouyancy, support, accomodating resistance and other unique properties of the pool enhance physical therapy for children and adults with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions.  Aquatic Therapy will enhance the services provided at Easter Seals Central Texas with methods that include therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, breathing strategies, physical agents and mechanical modalities using the properties of water.
